Book Writing Done = Journeys of a Wandering Soul

Posted on October 1, 2011 at 12:05 AM Comments comments (0)

Book 5 of Rune's story is done. Technically that's the last, but Viki's story weaves through some of the last two books in her series.. Ach might rewrite parts once I finish Viki's three books.. I'm starting #2 now (tenative title Yearning for Home)

With the fight continuing in Tsubasa, sides have been picked. Rune is definitely not going to fall for the enemy's tricks. No matter how many times he tries to seduce Rune, she will stay on her side. A game changer is brought in the form of a little girl turned woman. With her brother Mask distracted by Viki, Rune might be able to end this once and for all. Then Rune can have her own life...if she survives.

Book Writing Done = Virtue is Sacrifice

Wow, that took longer than I thought..

But Virtue is Sacrifice is done... the fourth book in Rune's series. A lot of things have changed for her..

Rune didn't get very far, but she hasn't given up on her quest. Hopefully she can get around the traps set by the enemy without more people becoming injured. What her brother's master plans for the rest of the world just might destroy it. Rune is committed to stopping her brother, but along the way are many obstacles. Those who don't have her special gift will have to make the ultimate sacrifice. All is not lost, however. There is still hope as the next generation is brought into the fight as well.

I hope the next book goes faster, so I can move on to the rest of Viki's story

Book Published = Ordinary Dey

I got another one done! This one is a fantasy series...one of three

Dey lives an ordinary life with her mother. That changes when not only her mother remarries, but also her special friend returns. Koen hasn’t been seen since they were children. His kidnappers won’t let him escape from them without a fight, though. When the extraordinary people fight, can Dey survive it? She's only ordinary...isn't she?

I have Metal Man coming ... hopefully next week for review. And once I finish the art for Traipsing Along the Veil that can be sent off to be published

Whoops (Also, book written)

Well a lot has happened. I sort of dropped off the edge of the world during the winter. I'm going to be back, though. I just finished the 3rd of Rune's Story (A Whirlwind of Passed Lifetimes). I'm not sure when it'll be out. I want to make sure the books after the first (Destiny in a Mask) follow the same spirit. I haven't entirely been in the mood, though. Frustrating...but I'll be moving on.

Side note, I jammed my thumb pretty bad nearly two weeks ago. Tis pretty painful, so though typing isn't that hard without one thumb the pain is incredibly annoying. It's slowed me down but I'm not out.

Lesse, back on topic... I managed to get an editor on twelve of the fifteen books that I've completed since the first 3-in-1 of Indigo Flight's series was published. We've had some really nice snowfalls so hopefully I can get some awesome pics for the cover artwork. I'm on to Rune #4 (Virtue is Sacrifice) now.. hopefully I'll get back in the mood for Rune with it.

Book Writing Done = The Zaltana Matchmaker

Another month gone and another book done.. at least in terms of writing. I still want to get an editor to look over my stuff before I publish them..

The Zaltana Matchmaker -

Sasha is the matchmaker. She cannot fall for anyone in the country of Sierra. Rather, she must help others in the city of Zaltana to find their proper partner. It doesn’t matter whether they are royalty, peasant, or someone in between. With such power comes the responsibility to make sure no match could potentially bring down the kingdom...

It will become the first in a trilogy.. or perhaps the prequel.. ono.. I guess it depends on how you look at the story

Book Writing Done = Nineteen Moons

Nineteen Moons is finished

It's a political/romance/family drama

King Edrei Recene needs an heir, but first he needs a bride. A recent brush with death has urged the near forty year old to complete his duty to the kingdom of Ellery. Though there are many candidates, he is rather picky. His best friend Marijolein isn’t about to let the younger man do something foolish. That’s Marijolein’s talent. It’s a wild experience, but King Edrei will be married to someone in the next year. Who he will be married to could be anyone, from peasant to royal. It all depends on who he meets.

Book Writing Done = Indigo Flight : Cage

Posted on June 29, 2010 at 4:39 AM Comments comments (0)

Finished the last in Dia's series, #9 called Cage

A girl without a past is struggling to build her future. It’s difficult though, as every day further back than three months is lost to her. Signs are taped over everything she owns with notes to help her know what they are. At least in her home she is safe. But what about in the world where everything changes so fast that it throws even the most knowledgeable into chaos? Follow Dia in her quest to stay sane in a world of insanity. – Book 9 : Cage. Dia has figured out what she wants for her future. Will her past cripple any solid attempts at it? Hopefully Indy won’t be too disappointed in his choice for a girlfriend...

The entire 9 book series (released as three 3-in-1 collections) took 13 months to write (including a 1 month break I took). Only the first Indigo Flight: Into the Wild is published so far. I hope to have the others edited then published soon.

Book Writing Done = Indigo Flight : Bird

Done with book 8 in Dia's story...now there's only one left

A girl without a past is struggling to build her future. It’s difficult though, as every day further back than three months is lost to her. Signs are taped over everything she owns with notes to help her know what they are. At least in her home she is safe. But what about in the world where everything changes so fast that it throws even the most knowledgeable into chaos? Follow Dia in her quest to stay sane in a world of insanity. – Book 8 : Bird. Dia didn’t find what she wanted at the compound, so she returned to her school. There it’s back to work. She might not be able to figure out her past, but she can at least create a new future. It looks like there might be something special developing for Dia and Indy...

Done with book #7 in Dia's series ... only 2 more planned

– Book 7 : Egg. Dia has discovered more about herself and where she came from. Now she’s traveling alone to confront the administrator. Even if she finds him, will he let her in on all of the secrets that are still withheld?

Book Writing Done = Ordinary Dey

I finished this today ... I need an editor still to get all of the others before it reviewed ... -sigh- oh well

Every hundred years or so, a gifted child is born. They can be raised for either good or evil. Dey was no such person. In fact, she was quite ordinary. It was Koen who was the special one. How those two met is a story in itself, but when they were reunited as teens somehow it developed into something even more extraordinary.
