Yesterday I had my top two wisdom teeth removed. The prepping was more scarying than the actual removal. I just had local anasthetic.. no gas or anything. It was fast thankfully. My face still hurts x.o it should be better in a couple weeks..
Meanwhile I'm still trying with the books and artwork. Goals for the new year are as usual to finish the books I started way back when lol.
The list of started/planned books is: Charisse Finishing School, Law of the Horde, Under Sandstom Skies, Politics of Love, Extraordinary Koen, Normal Thyme, Xenos, Project Chanthar, Project Nartana, and two more in the Sticks and Stones Collection..I keep changing their names but last set was The Skipping Stone and Like a Rock.
Books I've finished but have to rewrite/expand are: Whirlwind of Passed Lifetimes, Virtue is Sacrifice, Journeys of a Wandering Soul, Yearning for Home, Madam President, and The Sinking Stone.
I'm probably forgetting a bunch, but oh well lol

Well about the middle of the week my computer tanked ;-;
After a bit of trying to keep it working then resurrect the one before.. I gave up. Ack, but this new one with Windows 7 on it is rather... interesting. I'm back to a Toshiba! ... I miss the mouse in the middle of the keyboard.. I had some very cool pieces of digital art done with that 'eraser' thing. You can probably see some on the very beginning of my deviant art account (shakkathi).
So..back to trying to get the 'puter to how I can handle it.. I have gotten my book Nineteen Moons back from the editor =3 Yay! So I just have to do the illustrations.. somehow -eyes computer- this should be interesting.. I'm hoping for this month, but it might be April before tis published..

I suppose I should put this here too, though i've been trying to put them on the calendar.
I messed up my shoulder back on Feb 15th. It turns out I just strained the tendons so they freaked out and got inflamed with fluid collecting all over it which made my shoulder swell and then be more painful. I have good news, there's no tearing on the tendons, just the swelling so it should heal in an appropriate time (6-8 weeks, ack) and I can get back to normal things.
Meanwhile since I don't have to use my shoulder much to write I've been doing that. My current editor has the first 2 of the 3 of the 3-in-1 book for Dia's Story (Indigo Flight) and I hope to have the last one soon so they can be published. This one won't have as much artwork as the others sadly, but I managed to get some character headshots done back in the first week of Feb before this happened.
Back to work now, hope you all are well

Yay!
The last books arrived in the mail
As usual there are small things that didn't go well, but all in all it's good enough not to mess with ... just another thing to watch out for next time heh
So
Persona of Persuasion is published, which means the mini-collection This Isn't Home is published
Seeds of Blood is published, which means the collection Drag Shergi Mysteries is published
My third series is officially complete

Today is published Dual Rondo on the Sharne Train which is Book 11 in the Drag Shergi Mysteries
First Age, Year 960: It wasn't quite a vacation, but it wasn't work either. Drag Shergi ended up on a train going south through the country of Sharne. His intention was to try and find someone he might be related to. The west turned quite wild as bandits tried to take over the train. The train only goes one way though, so how do they plan to escape? How will the passengers escape? Drag has to think quickly when he becomes caught in the crossfire.
Also, tonight is Art Walk, which I will be participating in at the Beloit Fine Arts Incubator from 5-9pm. Tomorrow from 10am-2pm it will be hosted also in downtown Beloit, WI. I hope it goes well

Well, it's over now
Approximately at midnight, my grandmother passed away. She'd been taken of life-support earlier on Saturday. For a little while she remembered how to breathe, but it wasn't enough. The stroke just did too much damage.
Status of funeral and etc is unknown as of yet
*EDIT*
The visitation is July 7 while the funeral is July 8. With work and travel it is going to pretty much munch up the entire week. I hope it isn't too much to handle.

Feh, I haven't figured out how to link my blog for using on both the Dot Com and Dot Net sites .. so for now I'll be double posting so that my information will be covered everywhere...

Whee! The cover art for Destiny in a Mask is in now. Hopefully sometime in the summer or fall it will be published. I got stock in for Queries to Generations. I'm going to put them in shops everywhere I can.

I still have stock of all of the other books in. I've got them up on all the shop sites.
There is a list of all the different shops. Pick any, I don't mind where. I'm still slowly learning how to work through them.
In other news, I'm still waiting for Living Dead Girl to make it through the editing process. I'm a little worried at how long its been when its compared to how short the book is. I have lovely cover art for it though. With the wrap-around back it looks very cool.

I'm still writing my other stories. Currently Hours of Bellicosity is the one which has the most work done. While I was on 'vacation' during downtime I wrote all kinds of scenes between the two main characters. Heh trysts are fun to do, both in building up the relationship then exploring through it.
On May 2nd I'll be at the Angel Museum in Beloit, Wisconsin, for the exhibit there which starts at 8am.
On May 16 & 17 I'll be at the Beloit Fine Arts Incubator for the book signing. I've not been given information on the exact hours yet.
