Yesterday I had my top two wisdom teeth removed. The prepping was more scarying than the actual removal. I just had local anasthetic.. no gas or anything. It was fast thankfully. My face still hurts x.o it should be better in a couple weeks..

Meanwhile I'm still trying with the books and artwork. Goals for the new year are as usual to finish the books I started way back when lol.

The list of started/planned books is: Charisse Finishing School, Law of the Horde, Under Sandstom Skies, Politics of Love, Extraordinary Koen, Normal Thyme, Xenos, Project Chanthar, Project Nartana, and two more in the Sticks and Stones Collection..I keep changing their names but last set was The Skipping Stone and Like a Rock.

Books I've finished but have to rewrite/expand are: Whirlwind of Passed Lifetimes, Virtue is Sacrifice, Journeys of a Wandering Soul, Yearning for Home, Madam President, and The Sinking Stone.

I'm probably forgetting a bunch, but oh well lol

Book Writing Done = Journeys of a Wandering Soul

Book 5 of Rune's story is done. Technically that's the last, but Viki's story weaves through some of the last two books in her series.. Ach might rewrite parts once I finish Viki's three books.. I'm starting #2 now (tenative title Yearning for Home)

With the fight continuing in Tsubasa, sides have been picked. Rune is definitely not going to fall for the enemy's tricks. No matter how many times he tries to seduce Rune, she will stay on her side. A game changer is brought in the form of a little girl turned woman. With her brother Mask distracted by Viki, Rune might be able to end this once and for all. Then Rune can have her own life...if she survives.

Fiction/Action/Adventure/Drama

Book Writing Done = Virtue is Sacrifice

Wow, that took longer than I thought..

But Virtue is Sacrifice is done... the fourth book in Rune's series. A lot of things have changed for her..

Rune didn't get very far, but she hasn't given up on her quest. Hopefully she can get around the traps set by the enemy without more people becoming injured. What her brother's master plans for the rest of the world just might destroy it. Rune is committed to stopping her brother, but along the way are many obstacles. Those who don't have her special gift will have to make the ultimate sacrifice. All is not lost, however. There is still hope as the next generation is brought into the fight as well.

I hope the next book goes faster, so I can move on to the rest of Viki's story

Fiction/Action/Adventure/Drama

Book Published = Traipsing Along the Veil

Yay! The second book in Rune's story has come

Rune survived the encounter with her brother’s captor, but it didn’t end well. Arien wasn’t there so he didn’t see, but the wounds Rune received were more than physical. The guilt over her failure leaves the young woman without a clue as to what to do next. She knows she has to save her sibling, but it doesn’t seem possible against the overwhelming force. Fortunately for her, Rune has made friends in more than just her part of the world. As she struggles on one side of the veil, those on the other side move to help in her quest.

Fiction/Fantasy

Wow that came faster than expected!

Individuality. That word conjures up many meanings. What if you didn't have any knowledge of the word? Meet Paul, an escapee. Now he's out in the world making his own way. There's just one thing different about this man. He's a robot. Wait, make it two things. Not only is he a robot, he's an alien robot. Things are about to get interesting...

Fiction/Sci-Fi

- Published through Lulu -

Traipsing Along the Veil has the line art done.. now I just have to color them all so I can do the final formatting.. then send it to be published!

Book Published = Ordinary Dey

I got another one done! This one is a fantasy series...one of three

Dey lives an ordinary life with her mother. That changes when not only her mother remarries, but also her special friend returns. Koen hasn’t been seen since they were children. His kidnappers won’t let him escape from them without a fight, though. When the extraordinary people fight, can Dey survive it? She's only ordinary...isn't she?

I have Metal Man coming ... hopefully next week for review. And once I finish the art for Traipsing Along the Veil that can be sent off to be published

Yay got this one published =)

Prince Caladium, the youngest child of Queen Rozalynde and Prince Danny, doesn’t like being around many people. He can’t go on that way, though; his sister Princess Valmai is searching for her future mate. So he won’t be a problem, the parents send Prince Caladium away. Slowly expanding his knowledge of the world, he opens his heart to others. What he finds as his last hurdle is to settle down. Prince Caladium doesn’t know if he can find a mate. Sure he’s been betrothed to Telyn since they were infants, but at the end will they be together or apart?

Fiction/Romance

That's all for now ... hopefully I'll have more done for the winter months' publishing. Until then I have to sell like crazy to get enough money to afford it lol

Book(s) Published = SMS 3 & Nineteen Moons

(Book 3 of the Sierra Matchmaker Series)
Amour from Zaltana -

Four years ago Jyotis took over the position as Head Matchmaker of Zaltana. While the city has been calm enough, the capitol of Sierra has been abuzz in anticipation of the eldest prince's engagement. Or rather, who might be the queen. While Prince Ronadel might not be able to marry someone from within the country due to political reasons, there's also his two year younger brother Baylis in the running...

Romance/Political/Daily Life
- Published through Lulu -

Okay, now that I put my name on the cover of Nineteen Moons it's completely done and published

King Edrei Recene needs an heir, but first he needs a bride. A recent brush with death has urged the near forty year old to complete his duty to the kingdom of Ellery. Though there are many candidates, he is rather picky. His best friend Marijolein isn’t about to let the younger man do something foolish. That’s Marijolein’s talent. It’s a wild experience, but King Edrei will be married to someone in the next year. Who he will be married to could be anyone, from peasant to royal. It all depends on who he meets.

Fiction/Romance
- Published through Lulu -

Lastly, Aubergine Embers is back.. I'm just trying to get the cover piece done now. I've been kicking around some different ideas for it.. I started with the obvious fire, but eh not sure if I want to do that now.. -flails arms- so much to think of!

Book 2 in the Sierra Matchmaker Series is published

As time passes, Sasha must hand over her status as Head Matchmaker of Zaltana to her apprentice Jyotis. Jyotis is well versed in matchmaking, but gaining the respect of everyone in the city is no easy matter. Even after that, the rigors of keeping up with her mistress' matches and following her own might push Jyotis beyond her means. Even if she gets that far, Jyotis has to be accepted by the council that rules the country of Sierra. Will she succeed or fail? If she fails, what will happen to Zaltana without either Jyotis or Sasha around?

Romance/Political/Daily Life

For Nineteen Moons ... I thought I had it done, but oops I forgot to put my name on the cover -sweatdrop- it'll be a little delayed there .. but I got book 3 in the Sierra Matchmaker Series back from the editor and it's off to be published too

Well about the middle of the week my computer tanked ;-;

After a bit of trying to keep it working then resurrect the one before.. I gave up. Ack, but this new one with Windows 7 on it is rather... interesting. I'm back to a Toshiba! ... I miss the mouse in the middle of the keyboard.. I had some very cool pieces of digital art done with that 'eraser' thing. You can probably see some on the very beginning of my deviant art account (shakkathi).

So..back to trying to get the 'puter to how I can handle it.. I have gotten my book Nineteen Moons back from the editor =3 Yay! So I just have to do the illustrations.. somehow -eyes computer- this should be interesting.. I'm hoping for this month, but it might be April before tis published..
