House of Shakkathi

So, this is a little late, but I got Drag Shergi Mysteries: The Complete Collection published a while ago.

When that was done I finished off the book Hours of Bellicosity ... it took about three months to write out about four hundred pages ... Now I'm writing Aubergine Embers. It'll be about the same length, but I'm not as sure of what will happen as the other book I finished so I don't know how long it will take to do.

Aubergine Embers stars Prince Caladium as he goes through teenage to adult, the second child of the rulers of the United Kingdom of Tallis and Ramia. He watches his sister find love despite political situations. He also watches as the Duke and Duchess of Imani and Tarquin (in the Kingdom of Ramia) find love in their 'lower' royal station. Prince Caladium lives and learns, though he isn't quite sure about finding love himself. Sure he has a betrothed, but that was decided before he was born. The ultimate choice is up to both of them. Even if he wanted to, would Telyn want to marry him?
